property is located near a small static caravan site and is accessed
along a 100 yard private track.
On Lon Sarn Bach,there is a well stocked minimarket selling food and
drinks and a further half a mile brings you to the very picturesque and
popular seaside village of Abersoch.
A walk into Abersoch from the property would take around 45 mins and
here you will find a variety of shops and boutiques, a small
supermarket, bank, post office, delicious fish and chip shops, souvenir
shops and a handful of good restaurants, few pubs, hotels..and other
amenities.
The vast sandy beach of Borth Mawr is stunning as is the quaint
harbour.
There are numerous beaches and coves to visit such as Hell's Mouth,
and Porth Ceiriad.
The up and coming market town of Pwllheli is a mere 20 minutes car
journey from Hafod y Nant where you will find numerous shops,
boutiques, restaurants, galleries, supermarkets, train station, marina,
a vast beach, cinema, theatre and has a market day twice a week.
The popular Wakestock music festival is held every year in LLanbedrog,
near Pwllheli.
Another popular picturesque village is Aberdaron, which is 10 miles
west of Sarn.
This is a popular seaside village in the spring and summer, with
beach-goers, surfers and day trippers. From nearby Porth Meudwy you can
catch the ferry to Ynys Enlli.
Abersoch is widely recognized as the place to be seen on the Llŷn Peninsula , with footballers and celebrities fast cottoning on to this privileged corner of North Wales. out for what seems like miles and has proudly been awarded the
European Blue Flag Award.
At the picturesque seaside village of Aberdaron
10 miles west of Sarn, you can catch the ferry to Ynys Enlli from Porth
Meudwy, as well as interesting charter trips organised by local sailors
for fishing trips, survey work, filming and of course dolphin,
